The men’s NCAA hockey team will be facing off against the visiting #7 ranked St. Norbert College this weekend on Jan. 31 at 7:00pm and the following day on Feb. 1 at 3:00pm. While St. Norbert enters this game ranked #7, the Bulldogs are ranked just behind them at #9 in the conference. Adrian College enters with a record of 14-5 and a 7-4 record at home, St. Norbert will enter the Arrington Ice Arena with a record of 14-5 and a road record of 4-2 on the season.

These two teams do not care for each other much as they have played 32 times in their history with the Bulldogs winning 16 of those games and the Green Knights of St. Norbert won 16 bringing the all-time matchup record between these two talented teams tied as they enter this weekend. The Bulldogs are 11-5 at home all-time and boast an 11-9 NCHA record all-time. In the last 10 matchups the Bulldogs have won a stellar 7 games with 2 of those losses coming last year and the other loss occurring in February of 2023.

Last year the Bulldogs and the Green Knights split their regular season series on the road with Adrian College winning the first matchup 4-1 and St. Norbert won the second day 6-2. The two squads met up 2 more times in the postseason with the Green Knights winning in the NCHA Harris Cup Finals 3-1, The Bulldogs followed that up in their next meeting as they would go on to win 5-3 in the NCAA Quarterfinals only 14 days later.
